I Always Knew About My Husband’s Affair… Then I Crafted the Perfect Revenge Plan

I always knew about my husband’s affair… And one day, I devised the perfect plan for revenge.

It’s true what they say—nothing stays hidden forever. For a long time, I was aware that my husband had someone else. He thought he was being discreet: late nights at work, a phone that was constantly off, and sudden “business trips.” But a woman knows. And I knew. I kept silent. Not because I was weak, but because I needed to gather my strength. I needed time to strike precisely, coolly, and for good.

I didn’t want a scandal, humiliation, or pity. I wanted revenge so memorable that he’d never forget it for the rest of his life. And I achieved that.

First, I filed for divorce—without him knowing. I handled everything quietly, efficiently, and legally. The summons that came by post, I simply destroyed. All three. He never saw a single one. By the time the court issued the decree, he had no clue. We were no longer husband and wife—swiftly and silently, just as I intended.

The second part of the plan was more complex, but I managed. I convinced him to take out a loan—allegedly for a down payment on our new flat together. He was a bit hesitant, but I was more persuasive than ever. He got the money and placed it in a box in our wardrobe, thinking it would be easier to pay the full amount at once.

The next day, I left with our son to my mother’s house, but not before discreetly taking all the money from the box. He didn’t even realize what had happened. By that evening, he was calling frantically, telling me how the money had mysteriously disappeared. He was sure that his mistress was the one who took it and sounded filled with regret, begging for forgiveness.

I played the part of the betrayed wife perfectly: tears, accusations, shouting. Then I kicked him out of the house. He left, still unaware that we were already divorced. By that time, I had already rented a cozy flat in Manchester, where my son and I began our new life. The money from the box covered the rent for several months in advance.

The next day, he came back—with a bouquet of roses, tearful eyes, and pleas for forgiveness. Instead of a warm reception, he received the divorce papers from me. He made a scene, shouting that I would be lost without him, that I couldn’t manage on my own, and that I’d regret this within a week.

I quietly closed the door behind him.

Later, I found out he had tried to go back to that woman, but she turned her back on him as soon as she heard about his debts. The debts he took on supposedly for us, but really for himself.

Now he lives with his mother, buried in debt, dreaming of winning me back. But that will never happen. I’ve broken free. I burned it all down. I destroyed him the way he once destroyed me.

Now I have a new life. No lies. No betrayal. I’m with my son in a cozy home, making plans, breathing freely, and I have no regrets about what I did. Revenge isn’t always about malice. Sometimes, it’s about liberation. And yes, my plan worked flawlessly.

I won.
