So, there was this little parable about three women at a market stall selling apples.
The first one sighed and said,
“Look at these apples—tiny, bruised, and ridiculously expensive! Nothing good left in the world these days… It’s all going downhill.”
The second one smiled and shrugged.
“Honestly, I think it’s a blessing we got any harvest at all with the weather we’ve had. They’re not perfect, but they’re juicy. Someone worked hard to grow these.”
The third woman just quietly opened her purse.
“My grandson’s poorly at home. He loves baked apples—couldn’t care less how they look. As long as they’re made with love, that’s all that matters.”
*The thing is…*
We all see the world through our own story.
One person sees bad apples.
Another sees a chance to support hard work.
And someone else just sees a way to show care.
So before you judge—take a second to ask yourself where your heart’s really at.
